try to check if there is voltage going to the horn itself, use a voltmeter, voltage should be 11-12v, if you do not have a voltmeter try using a test lamp. the two terminals on the back of the horn is the one you should test, have another person push the horn button, if the voltage ot the lamp lights up the problem is your horn, you might have to replace both. there are no relays for this 124 version only a direct battery voltage to the horn and ground for this is supplied from the horn button, you can also check the horn button maybe the contacts are oxidized. or try cleaning the brush contacts in the steering wheels.
