Air suspension question.

For those who own an E class or other benz that are equipped with air suspension when you locked your cars does your car lower itself or raise itself?

I noticed recently that on my car on some occasion after locking my car it lowers itself, I find this odd because I thought it was suppose to raise itself after high speeds and lower itself when the car goes fast. So I was wondering if this was normal or something is wrong with it. Oh and my setting was at sport1.

RE: Air suspension question.

I own a 72 300 with factory airride. It lowers itself completely in about 30 hours. The front will go down in about 4-5 hours all the way, but the back takes a bit longer.
