Anyone familiar with headlight flasher or head rests? '95 280

Posted this once before and got no takers. Have a '95 280C (my daughters). Pristine, low mileage but the high beam flasher doesn't work. The high beams work fine, just the flasher (licht hooper for you Krauts out there). Switch? relay? Fuse? Also, have head rest problem with the rear seats. There is a motor back there that seems to run intermittantly and in any event the dash switch has no effect on anything. Ditto front head rest switches. Suggestion, comments welcome.

The high beams stay on if you PUSH the turn signal switch forward, Pulling it twards you only operates the passing lights... If that's not the problem, take it to a trusted mechanic.
Your head rest problem, since it's intermittant, Could be a bad connection somwhere.

C180 1996, exactly same problem. Checked fuses globes etc. Could it be the stalk "switch" itself? I too need help.
