Does anyone know of a shop to lower my car in the east bay?

Does anyone know of a place to lower my 190e cheap. I have springs from a 400e and they would need to be cut.So if anyone knows of a shop in Berkeley, Oakland, Hayward, Fremont area can you let me know. I hate driving to the city or San Jose but i'll make the trek if I have to.

In Beane We Trust. The Only Barry I Know Is ZITO!!!

I could be wrong but I think spring rates for a 400E body might be a lot different from yours. Plus chopping a coil will exacerbate the situation. Just a thought.
