Kids will be kids, but parents need to take responsibility of their children. That means pay for any damage they cause.

were half the members complain that the kids will be kids and bitching at all the homeowners to slow down, and let them be, the other half complain that the kids are running around without supervision, destroying property and loitering.
on the same note, we have a hedge, which i guess is just in the way if you decide to walk across our property, and not on the sidewalk... so we have gaping holes in it, more of the same kids at play i guess... [:p]

moreso than kids will be kids, and parents should pay. it goes beyond that. parents should teach thier children that another persons property is something you should respect. a street isnt where kids should play, although it happens often. if they insist on playing there, they need to realize other people utilize this space for what it was actually meant for. i think its a matter of respect for another person, not so much their personal property.
