Rattling noise after brakes replaced

I have a 2003 C240 sedan. I recently replaced my front and rear brake pads and had the rotors turned (not replaced). Since this occurred, my car has been making a strange rattling noise under the following conditions:

-turning car on while in Park
-driving at very low speeds

Do you think this could be related to the brakes? It's hard to determine where the sound is coming from, it appears to be underneath/near the back of the car. I also notice the sound is no worse when I actually step on the brake.

Any suggestions,

Please reply...thanks!

RE: Rattling noise after brakes replaced

very possibly could be the catalytic converters. very common on the 112 and 113 engines. that would be covered under your 8 year 80k mile emissions warranty.
