I have seen this several times on the road.
They have been kids and women.
One lady I saw was up to the bottom of her doors in wet concrete and the work men were laughing their asses off.

I guess he's already called help and is waiting for it so he's reading the paper?

Once saw a small Japanese car in concrete, all four tires were blown, concrete up to the lower edge of all doors, front was badly damaged and bumpers were skewed like been ripped off backwards.
