RE: DEALERSHIP PROBLEMS[:(]
I feel your pain. The point is, the dealer should have diagnosed the problem and order all the parts on the front end.
For example I experienced the same type of service. My mb-tex lower dash under the steering wheel got damage while my windshield was replaced. I had glass shards all over my car when I got it back. For some reason they tried to repair the mb-tex and it look like crap. So they order me a new lower mb-tex dash under my steering wheel.
But what piss me off was the fact that there was glass all over my interior. The manager said it must be shiny makeup from my wife. I was floored, because my wife does not wear makeup. I took my car to another dealer and they confirmed that it was glass. The glass was vacuum and the dealer detail my car. Later that week, I had to get duck tape to remove some of the glass. It took about 2 weeks to get all the glass out of my car.
