RE: Mercedes Repair Manual on CD
I purchased a COPY of the official MB Service & Repair manuals CD on EBay several months ago. These were for the W126 model series only, and the combined data is 1.23 GB in size. They are very good & have lots of useful info on them. They are, I'm sure each is either/or darn close to an exact clone the original CDs. Cost: $25+ (even at the MB $, if you are handy w/tools......... worth the expenditure (IMHO).
The seller currently has 295 of such CDs for auction, covering nearly every marque one can imagine, has gotten great reviews from his customers................. etc.
Even though a link is provided to ask him/her questions via email......... see below.
Personally, I find it hard to accept the claim that this CD will cover everything MB for 19 years. ( "This CD has everything you will ever need to repair your Mercedes-Benz vehicle" )
Then, interestingly enough, I attempted to drag an image (Service and Maintenance Manual) from the link you provided and got this: http://www.troyspage.com as a source page. Check this content B4 you purchase, perhaps....... (Your MB & mine are not video games/ I think)
If you can get (a copy of) the MB CDs, definitely go for it, others need not apply.
My 3 cents, and good luck, MBL
The same 'guy' seems to work on EVERYTHING!
