RE: windows on my clk

if you have the same system IHAVE ON MY CL 500 when you open the doors from inside or out the windows drop down a 1/4 of an inch to clear the weather stripping, if your door is open, make sure the window is down some when you close the door or else the window will strike the weather stripping and wear it out . good. luck

Yes, the same thing happens on Audi and VW coupes/convertables - it's to get a tight seal.

RE: windows on my clk

You should double check this, perhaps with your dealer or researching your manual. I don't believe the CLK windows do that, just the windows on a CL class.

RE: windows on my clk

Definitely check your manual and your dealer. I am almost positive the windows should drop on your 320 CLK. I was in a 04 CLK 500 last week and the windows worked exactly as described. Good luck!!!!
