i need help!

me and my dad are gonna start working on my 230 e cause it needs some work,so if anyone can tell me where a good place to get mercedes parts in bastrop or austin texas,and things like books to order online and other stuff to make it work like new plzzzz[:D]

Mercedes Benz 84' green 230 E (Euro Version)
MY FAVORITE CAR:Mercedes Benz 1992 500SEL(very nice car)

an 84 230 could be one of two models: the W123 or the W124. There are books on Amazon for the W124; I found the german translated one to be streets ahead of the American "bible" (it ain't) or the English "workshop manual" (published by Haynes).

Buy a multimeter! loads of things on the W124 depend on electricity!
