Service in Chicago

I was wondering if anyone besides me has had bad experiences with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Chicago?

The best place for MB service in the Chicagoland area is Hessen Auto in Des Plaines. 1 847 297 7777. Dieter is the owner. Fantastic service at fair prices.

RE: Service in Chicago

Not a happy customer. I dropped my benz off on the thursday morning they did not check it out til friday afternoon. After finding the problem Late Friday afternoon they needed to order parts for monday morning and keep car the whole weekend. That would not have been a problem if they had a loaner car available for me, my service rep told me that she would locate me a loaner after i stressed I needed a loaner and she never called me back. When I called her back later on she had a few loaner and I needed to get there in 15mins. before she leaves to pick up the loaner So, I was forced to find other ways to get around.

THANK MB OF ORLAND PARK.

NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM A LEXUS
