tigger is right. most people don't realize how expensive it is to fix these cars. when mine received front-end damage from a hit'n run i took it to the police collision center to report it. the police and i agreed it was about $1000 damage. after getting it repaired properly at mercedes it cost over $4000. the plastic grill insert alone cost $1000.
my point is, the damage may not look expensive but once they start, to do the job right, it will cost more than they expected and thus they will start cutting corners to save money.
your new car WILL have the NANO-paint technology. can this REPAIR shop fix that? do they know what it is?
get it fixed right. its not too late.
