Fader Bypass

Can anyone walk me through bypassing the fader in the center consol? I've gotten the panels off already, and pulled out the fader divice... and I've got a whole mess of wires....

I'm trying to avoid rewiring the whole car. [xx(] This is a nightmare!!!

Im sure that this information, if anyone responds, would be helpful to ANYONE looking to install a new CD player in their Benz.
