why is W208 CLK55 much more expansive than W210 E55?

planning to purchase a 55
W208 or W210
i am wondering why is Used W210's 55 is much cheaper$$ than other used AMG? they have the same engine.and the new car E55 price is higher than the new CLK...need some help plz!

It may just have something to do with the demand for the body style on the used market. While on the new car market side the E55 would have a higher sticker price than the CLK.

because there are more on the market (but you can still get a very good deal on a clk55)
i would get the cleanest, lowest mileage e55 i could find--[:o)]

The only problem with buying a used high performance vehicle is that a lot of them are leased and the people that lease them don't take care of them like someone intending to keep the vehicle for the long haul. IMHO
