Which is faster? Which is faster, the E55 or the E63? A Motor Trend review showed that the E55 came out on top. Tell me what you think.

They are very equal, in a similar test done in Europe the E63 was faster! I personally like the E63 more for the amazing engine!

@ the drags the E55's were quicker in the 1/4, w/ the 6.3's running mid 107's and the 55's pushing 110/112.
The 63 is a Very cool engine, but if you want the potential for more power w/o going Nuts the 55 is a better starting point IMHO

They are almost equal but the 55 is much more mod friendly. A simple pulley upgrade and an ECU flash will make the 55 much quicker.

I don't care about test. It's the driver. Over at AMG Private Lounge all they argue about is if it's OK to speed on the roads (they get their track time in you know) or not.
Drive Hard!!!!!!!!!!!!
In my "73" 450slc AMG I probly passed them both.

Well, that's just it...w/ these AMG's you leave the TC on and you'll run w/ in a 10th or 2 of your time Each time.
