New here, left this post in the wrong section I think. I stay in the Kansas City/Lawrence/Topeka area. I rarely see any amg's in Kansas. Was hoping I could find out if anyone in the area owns an AMG. I own a C32 amg of which I've seen none.

A friend of mine--liquor store owner here in Lawrence--owns a beautiful black SLK55. It usually sits in the parking lot outside his place (Cork & Barrel) at 23rd and Iowa. His name is Dan if you are in the area.

Actually, there is an excellent MB club in the KC area that has many functions you might find of interest. It is the KC Section of the Mercedes Benz Club of America. Here is their Website--though it is a bit slow and somewhat difficult to navigate you should check it out: http://www.kcmbca.org/ You might want to join us for our monthly breakfast some time.
I recommend that you join MBCA ( Click Here ! ). You will not be disappointed, and doing so automatically makes you a member of the KC MBCA. MBCA publishs an excellent magazine (The Star) and membership gets you a 15% discount on parts and labor at Aristocrat Motors in KC. This alone has saved me enough to pay for a hundred memberships. Membership is only $45 or $50 per year and well worth it.
