Does anyone know if the cylinder head for a 300GD {G Wagon} fits the 300TD in W123? Issue is whether the G Wagon head has the hydraulic pump casting for rear suspension on W123 waqgon?

I'm after a replacement head and I have offer of one from G wagon - but its far away & the owner does not understand what I'm asking.

The G 300 diesel head does not have the port for the self leveling pump. The TD head is very specific to vehicles that have the self leveling system. This was an option in some vehicles in Europe (SDs and 123 chassis diesels). Not an option on the G. Best of luck finding your part.

This port can be closed and it will work.

I think he wanted a head with the port for a TD. I might have missunderstood.

Thanks for the help - I think answer is that the head I need is unique to the TD engine.
