no, it hasn't.
sorry mate.
i've got a M117 560 in mine, actually just got a new one from orc, but that car has a 500 4valve. same engine that was running in the R129, and in the limited edition of the 500E in the W124 body.

Bei der diesjährigen Abenteuer-Rallye Berlin-Breslau, die zum 9. mal stattfindet, werden die Zwillingsschwestern Daniela und Alexandra Baur mit einem neuen Fahrzeug an den Start gehen: ein umgebauter G 500. Nachfolgend ein paar Daten zum Fahrzeug:

Motorisierung: M119-Motor, V8, 32 V, max. Drehmoment 560 Nm, ca. 250KW/335 PS Leistung
Portalachsen Vorder- und Hinterachse
Antrieb: 4-Gang Automatik-Getriebe, angepasste Achsübersetzung, Allrad permanent
Bereifung: 275/80R20
Body: Flip-Front und Trophy-Top aus Kunststoff-Glasfaser-Polyester
Sitze: GfK-Rennschalen von KÖNIG, 6-Punkt-Gurte mit Zentralverschluss von SCHROTH
Fahrleistung: Höchstgeschwindigkeit ca. 185 km/h (wegen Bereifung eingeschränkt)
Beschleunigung: 0-100 km/h in 6,9 Sekunden

Mit Reifendruckregelanlage, Ü-1:4,4 mit Originalanbindung und G-Längslenker, Spurstange, Lenkstange und Panhardstab vorne und hinten
Sonderanfertigung 8-fach Stoßdämpfer von FOX mit Ausgleichsbehälter und 8-facher Verstellmöglichkeit der Druckstufe.

What I don't understand is why they have portals on a truck that's running on dirt roads? But I don't really know what the challenge in these rallies is. Does somebody here know?

doors, hood and top part of the body is gfk, but there is a rather large fueltank in the back.
(aprox 300 liters i would think)
6.9 sec. for the 0-62 miles sprint sounds like a sensible figure, given the fact that topspeed is only 180 km/h. gearbox and axes have a shorter ratio,
a: for better exeleration,
and b: for these 20" wheels.

why portals?

quite honest:
it's a gimmick. i think orc just wanted to show what is, in terms of technik, possible. well, it's helpful too. but this years breslau was a very fast one. the organiser usually builds in more "trail-like" parts, but somehow this year the entire rally had more of a rally-raid event. and therefore the portals weren't to much of a help. on the 3rd day there was a big mud-festival, and they got through better than others but got stuck in the end as well. i think in a rally with more trail-work and more mud holes the car has clear advantges. the reason why they performed reasonable well in the end, i would think, is good preperation of the car, sensible driving, and a kick ass engine. not the portals.

that's all a personal opinion, wasn't there my self, but read and heard a lot.
