How much does a hood like that typically cost, and who manufactures and distributes them?

After another look... That doesn't look like no stinkin fiberglass, is that steel? That metal replacement surely has to be alot lighter than the OE setup, however fiberglass does have the added benefit of never rusting and being super light. Is there a manufacturer of fiberglass replacement front clips?
