Hello Everybody,<p>Does anybody know how long a preglow relay should last? I changed it about a year and a half ago and yesterday my G would not start because the relay had failed. I tested witha Fluke and the only thing that appears to be bad is a diode. Has anybody repaired one of this parts before. Both times I have changed the relay I have had a short circuit on the same "pin" in the conecting pinion. Could it be a heater that is causing the preglow relay to fail.
