HOW DO I INSTALL A WINCH ON A G WAGON??

Hi all,
I want to install a Superwinch mod X3f on my 84 280GD LWB.Contacted Superwinch, they dont do a mounting kit for Gwagons.Ditto Warn& Ramsey. So I need to know how do you go about mounting a winch on a G wagon? The bumper [front] is obvisouly not strong enough a mount to hold the winch. I dont want to cut bits out of the grill. You cant mount it on the skid plate, same reason.
So how is this done??? The X3F is a bit wimpy for such a vechicle, and I hope to upgrade this soon. But at the moment its whats there.I also have the bull bars on the front bumper.do i have to lose these to instal the winch?
Help
Irish Sean

DUTCH
another possibility,i have just started a company to sell winches etc in the uk.due to my being a total gwagen nut we as a company are g inclined.i will email you some pics of my winch mount i made which could help you make one,or i could make one for you if you would like.it will take a day or two tho coz i only bgt the digital camera this morning!!!
i would say that if your bumper doesnt have the tow pin (ie you have the standard flat bumper) it will not be strong enough without lots of reinforcement.we also have in stock 8000lb 12v winches for 425 stg plus vat, you might not have to pay the vat if its shipped out of the uk.i am not just trying to get biz, i am primarily a g nut and if i can give you any help let me know!!!!

At the moment it would hold a 1500 lb winch. And would i be able to keep the bull bars as well.Winch is a Superwinch X3f mod
Thanks
Sean
