low clunck noise when turning

hello. my G55 just went in for a service at my local dealer. i mentioned to the service manager that sometimes when i alternate from a left turn to a right turn (or vice versa), i hear a low clunck noise coming from the steering.

he told me this is nothing to worry about, that it is normal and due to the size of the big wheels.

my G55 is a 2007 and is all standard and only has 6200 miles on it.

should i take it back or is this normal?

See my post of 4-4-09 The lower steering shaft was replaced. Sorry for the slow reply, I don't get on here often.
