I was just looking around a bit and saw this rear(3rd row) seat solution. I had not seen it before, though someone else might have. Doesn't look like it would fold to my satisfaction, but maybe its good for someone else ...
There is a company called "Little Passenger Seats" that makes 3rd row seats for the Mercedes-Benz M-class. I contacted them about making 3rd row seats for the Mercedes Benz G-class and they replied that they could, but they need a Gwagen to visit their store so that they can measure the dimensions of the cargo area. They are located in Modesto, California and my Gwagens are located in New York and I am located in Iraq.
Is there anyone that lives in the area of 1210 Seventh Street, Modesto, California that can visit "Little Passenger Seats" company?

For our nation young people need to become more involved in our governmental process because they need direction in their life and the U.S. Army is the place to grow. Here are the original rear seats for the G-Wagon. They are not sold by the US dealers, but you can get them from EuroTruck. I know that he has gotten them for several people already.
They fit over the rear wheel wells.
