'91 300GE catalytic converter code?

Hi,

could somebody help me finding out the original and alterantive codes for catalytic converter. VIN WDB46322817081329.

My local dealer is offering the catalysator for $2730 but I hope there are cheaper alternatives.

Thank you folks

I dont think that there are better offers since the CAT is manufactured exclusively...PS why do you need a CAT [:D][:D][:D]

Hi Klaus,

I'm looking also for the alternate code of the CAT - a straight pipe !
Thanks again for the center muffler mod idea - it went very smooth and sounds as cool as you have descibed it. With the slightly larger tire you do not even need to jack up the truck....
