Brushguard Bracket Removal

Hi All,

Are the two allen screws the only things that hold the brushguard brackets to the bumper? Do they screw into anything other that the bumper? i.e. an nut or plate? If so, does the bumper have to be removed for access?

Thanks,
Damon

RE: Brushguard Bracket Removal

Brush gaurd off the bumper you just have to take the tool and unhook it so it will fold down. Then there is probably a pin or carterkey in the bottom where it folds. pull it out and the gaurd should slide off to the right.

Now if you talking about the mounting brackets yes you have to alen key bolts and two 14 mm bolts that you have to get to from inside.

You do know if you remove all this your bumper will have 4 holes on each side?

You dont have to remove the bumper
