Flat proof tire balls. www.tireballs.com This idea seems to meet the needs of those Baja explorers or those travelling in remote areas. It would certainly help problems with farm tires. At the moment we line the tractor tires with a Kevlar shields but that does not stop damage to the sides. The only problem maybe fitting the tire into the rim.
Frozen brake rotors wear longer. www.frozenrotors.com Just how this system works has me puzzled but there it is. Ideas welcome. Certainly the molecular structure of steel changes with rising temperature but with freezing?
Tire sock increases traction www.autosock.com Perhaps more applicable to road treads,surely a smoother ride on ice than chains. Perhaps easier to apply and stow.
