1991 320g engine swap sprinter engine
Is this a possible swap 270cdi engine in a463 chasis?
mine has a bad engine,or is ther an easier diesel sub?

Yes it's possible. 463s come off the production line today in Graz with that engine installed, so all parts are available from MB.
You'll have to give your definition of "easy" in order for anyone to help with the subsequent question.

I'm planning on keeping my G320 until it dies. Then I plan to reincarnate it as a diesel

ok does the 270 couple with 103 transmision o do i use sprinter transmision?what parts on sprinter should i salvage?
sorry iam a newbee to this process and any and all help would be greatly appreciated

Check the EPC to see what trans comes with 270CDI in the G. You'll need to have the EPC for ordering parts for the swap anyway.
Or maybe someone here who has a 270CDI can say which trans is in it. Have you checked the transmission information page at 4x4abc.com?

i think sprinter trans is 722.6? i am going to try to use trans/motor combo ecu/harness boy hope iam not gtting in to deep

You should use the 300TD I6 motor if it will fit.
