RE: Information needed on parts catalog & workshop manuels
Harald's manuals on CD are fantastic. They are complete and the photographs are very clear unlike the tacky photocopies that are produced by Europa and others. I ordered a "Factory Manual" through a service manual specialist thinking I was getting a factory paper manual. It was a photocopy and they said it came from Mercedes!
The CDs can be printed out and I have made a couple of small bound volumes that cover the front axle and the transfer case.
The CDs are the best info available. Superb.
RE: Information needed on parts catalog & workshop manuels
There are a few manuals here:
www.g-wagen.no
Have to register and go to the download (nedlastinger) area. There are manuals of the front axle, propellershafts, heater fan, wiring diagram, clutch and 5 speed gearbox.
Are manuals like the one pictured below still available? They're about 6x8" and I have some that are blue like thisone and some that are kind of a light tan color that seem to be older (early 80s).
I'd like to find the chassis manual like this one for a 461.3, and an engine manual for an OM617A.
Anyone know of a likely source for manuals like these?
