parts for oldies ... difficult to get?

this forum is amazing! i am new here.

i just bought a G300 1983 from uk and it is on its way to hong kong.

i was thinking of treating her like a baby but some topics here make me so scared!

is it difficult to find parts for the oldies? and know-how mechanics are so hard to find as well?

please give me some hints and directions. million thanks! ed[:p]

Parts haven't been all that difficult for the post part, but you might find a few that are. Are you in Hong Kong then? Most forum members are in the USA, but I believe there are a few in your area. They might be able to recomend a source for parts and possibly a mechanic.

Someone else will mention it if I don't. You will want to fill in your profile so we know what you have and where you are. Helps us make better recomendations.
