Taillights

Has anyone installed 463 taillights on a 460. Do I have to cut any of my bodywork? I would like to know what is involved before I go ahead and order them.

Thanks

RE: Taillights

There is a small amount of bodywork needed when installing the 463 tail lights on a 460. The main problem is that the 460 also have the reverse light as part of the set up, so you’ll have to adapt a new light if you use the new 463's, which only have the blinkers and the stop light.

RE: Taillights

Yes, I did it, and yes you need to cut the light hole bigger, to fit the new 463 lights.
No big deal, took me 10 min. But I bought seperate reverse light.
Looks much better...
