Yeah, I saw the video. Looks like they total the G of the russisch tovarich. Damned! they could have used a scrapyard G, not a new one. But if it is a MBUSA G maybe that's not such a loss.... only kiddin' guys.
Da. I would guess that most of the Gs produced end up in Moscow as Brabus tuned versions. They are everywhere. I would even guess that the youngest G owner hails from Russia as well.

And park it whereever you want. It is actually against the Russian constitution to tow away someones car. As a result, you have these things parked in the oddest places. I have seen them parked in the middle of the road at night because the owner triple or quadruple parked during the day and then the other cars all left leaving him in the middle of the road.
