Man that sucks Chris! I don't know why there's been a LOT of broken side mirrors on cars lately. Were they all hit and run? I keep seeing them - dangling side mirrors, broken side mirror housings, etc.
Consolation na lang...that's bad luck for whoever hit and ran away, with the broken mirror!
Sorry, forgot to respond. was too busy with work, but still have the same problem. Now, can't find available replacement! Fault code is P201E-001. You know where I can one? Got to fix it sooner or later. Thanks..

Because either they don't know how to drive, on the phone, or not paying attention to the road. It's all fixed, picked up my car after work. The housing is now rubber, no longer plastic.

I was able to get the side mirror from the junkyard. There was like about 7 W201 in one spot. Planning on going back this Sunday to get more parts. I remembered going one day, I found a clean 2.3-16v with all completed moldings, spoiler, sides, etc., but I didn't own a W201 at that time. Darn...
