will s or cl 19 inch wheels fit on a 2001 c240 and if not can i make them fit and still look good?

They will fit, I have these wheels on my Audi at the moment but purchased them from my roomate, He had them on his 2003 c class, all that is necesary is a 10 mil spacer in the front. I still have the spacers and I am trying to sell them, they are staggered, 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the rear. They also have brand new Nitto NT555 235/35 front and 265/30 rear.
