They will bolt right up, because it is the same model. The only difference will be maybe in the lug bolt length. If you by the wheels, try to get the lug bolts for them as wheel. If not, you can get the proper bolts from these guys.

Also, most of the newer c class model wheels will be staggerd, meaning the rear tires and wheels will be wider then the front. Good for looks and handling, but you can`t rotate anymore.
There are a few sets avalible that did use the same size front and rear. Also if you go with aftermarket copies of the newer style wheel, you can order the same size front to rear.
