Newer OEM Rims on Older C Class

Hi guys. I have a 2001 C320 with stock rims. I'm looking to buy some newer OEM rims from another C class (i'm guessing from a 2004-2006 model). I have absolutely no knowledge about bolt sizes and offset and stuff. I've attached pictures (the first one is of my car with stock rims and the 2nd one is of a set of rims that are like the ones i'm trying to buy). If you guys would let me know if they'll fit or how I could make them fit, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

They will bolt right up, because it is the same model. The only difference will be maybe in the lug bolt length. If you by the wheels, try to get the lug bolts for them as wheel. If not, you can get the proper bolts from these guys. Welcome to Otis Inc., LA.
Also, most of the newer c class model wheels will be staggerd, meaning the rear tires and wheels will be wider then the front. Good for looks and handling, but you can`t rotate anymore.
There are a few sets avalible that did use the same size front and rear. Also if you go with aftermarket copies of the newer style wheel, you can order the same size front to rear.
I also highly recommend Discount Tire Direct , one of our sponsors/ vendors, they can set you up with what you need and have great selection of wheels /tires.

Alright. Just an update...seller says they came from a 2004 Kompressor. Does that make a difference at all? Once again, I just want to make sure before pulling the trigger. Thanks.

Should bolt up fine, just try to get the original lug bolts with the wheels.
Also I think all the Kompressor models used the staggered set up, wider wheels/ tires in the rear, so you will not be able to rotate your tires from front to back anymore.
