Excuse the nooby question but.... Can anyone tell me if you can actually buy a steel wheel for mounting winter rubber on? I can't seem to find anything and i can't believe that I can't get steel for winter use. HELP!!!!
thanks,
I called the dealer and he said the number was no good...who knows. Geez, what a hassle huh? *S*
That guy's just lazy, he can look up the new B6 xxxxxx part numbers if he wants to. Unless they really ran out of these.. the M100 (6.9, 6.3 and 600) drivers love these things.
Try another dealer, or source them on ebay.de
Here's another part# but I dont think it's any good: 126 400 3802

thanks, I guess I would be better off buying a $99 alloy new from tire rack than paying over $300 for a steel wheel though. My fault...I should have mentioned I was trying to get a "cheap" steel wheel just for winter use i guess *S*
