I`m going through tires like crazy... Tread life is most important to me right now.
I`ve tried Dunlops 9000, Kumho`s ASX, Hannook HRII.... 12K miles was the best Dunlops lasted...
My question is what is longest tires you ever had on your Benz.

AMG E55 2001 245x40x18 and 275x35x18.
I was looking Tirerack selection and I`m confused, they have to many...

if your main concern is tire life run the Pirelli P-Zero Nero M&S

I have a set of Pirelli P-Zeros on my 2001 E55 now (came with it when I bought the car used). I need a new set of four tires. The price you quoted for the Pirellis sounds pretty good, but I'm curious to know what I will sacrafice in order to get the longer tread life. I drive the car in Phoenix, Arizona almost exclusively, so is hot and dry (very little rain driving and never any snow/ice driving). Any help would be appreciated.

Could you please give me a quote for a current price on a set of four shipped to 85248. Thanks.
