CLK430 Camber and Tire Wear

I just recently purchased a 2000 CLK430 ... the tires aren't new and I noticed them wearing on the inside as if the camber was off (kinda like this /\ maybe). As far as I know the car has not been lowered. Is this common for stock CLKs to have the tires wear faster on the inside, and is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

Thanks,
Mike
