i considering to buy AMG wheels from SL55 for my 03 E320 with following dimensions and tires

Front 255/40/18 18x8.5 Offset 30
Rear 285/35/18 18x9.5 Offset 33

I know that tires wouldn't fit, but the wheels?
does it fit at all?
can it be corrected with offset rings?
how does offset ring affect driving or the car?
