Winter Tires on an ML320 - Bridgestone Winter Dueler DM-Z2 or Dunlop WS M2?

Want to get a set of 16' rims for my 02 ML320, and throw a set of winter tires on them for our NYC winter that will be upon us shortly.
Any advice?
threshold6n.jpmorgan.com

Same dillema - Are you certain that the 16' rims will fit on an '02? If so, let me know.

WRT your question, it depends upon the kind of winter driving you will be doing. I've used Michelin pilot alpins on my other vehicles and liked them very much for regular metro driving (wear well and good snow traction). I expect that Dunlop M2's will be very similar. For more extreme snow conditions, I would want something more...such as Bridgestone Blizzaks (Winter Dueler)...

Hope this helps...keep us posted.

I'm not 100% sure - but someone's told me they'll fit. I'll wait for MB confirmation first.

As far as my conditions - NYC metro area winter. So lots of frozen streets/ice/slush. Not several feet of lightly packed snow (at least I hope not...).
