They should work fine. The widths and offsets are all in the correct ranges. The rear will be pushed out a hair from the stock E500 wheels and the fronts will tuck in a hair. (assuming the wheels on the C230 are staggared) Make sure you have the correct tire sizes for the E500, the Tires from the C230 will be a little too short.
