7.5x16 ET30 wit 225/50-16 on W124?

I have a set of 7.5x16 ET30 Borbet CF wheels with 225/50-16 rubber here. They are 5x112, will bolt up to my W124 and the tire dimension is correct, but does anyone know if they will fit without rubbing? The car is not lowered more than factory "Sportline" option. I need new bolts and centering rings, but want to know if they'll fit before I spend any money.

30 millimeter offset is rather low and the the 225 is sort of wide ... most likely you will get rubbing in the rear
