fitting W210 (12mm lug) rims on W211 (14mm lug)?

This may be a stupid question, but I am unsure about this situation....

the W210 E-class (96-02) uses a 12mm x 1.5 lug

the W211 E-class (2003+) uses a 14mm x 1.5 lug

If I have aftermarket wheels (Carlsson) for the W210, can I use them on the W211?

What is required for this to work?

Carlsson wheels are all drilled to accept 14mm bolts and R12 friction seats (ie NOT 211 or 220 size bolts).
Just get the M14/R12 bolt length and any adaptation required correct..
