Luke is an individual you can trust. Thursday I drove over to Tire Rack, about 45 minutes away, as he had offered to take a look at my car. My brake light was on intermittently, and my suspension was starting to drive me nuts. I was prepared to buy from TR new rotors and pads, as well as new Koni's, and take to an independent shop for installation. Luke took the time to drive my car, and then find an independent shop to work on my 560 SEL. Luke steered me to parts -- parts that Tire Rack does not carry. WHY? Because he has a genuine interest in building relationships, not just selling what is in stock. The result is that when I am next in the market for tires and rims for any of my cars, I will unequivocally be going to Luke and Tire Rack. Luke has earned my respect and trust. He will do the same for you, no doubt.
If you are a 126 owner, I will put a post on the 126 forum regarding the shop I went to (good recommendation, Luke) as well as my repairs.
