i have a 02 c230k sport coupe with the mb sportcloth, no leather and i have dark water spots all over the seats whats the best approach to cleaning this type of fabric it honestly looks disgusting and i really need to find out how i can clean the seats and make them look beautiful again!! thanks guys i really appreciate it-
ps ive tried taking a wet rag to them and scrubbing them but it doesnt really do much =(
Cleaning the wool fabric is not going to be easy. You can use the carpet/fabric cleaners, I use the Prestone Carpet/Fabric cleaner with a brush on top and it's worked well for me. If it's beyond help, places like katzkin leather can sell you a complete new interior in custom colors and combinations that would make your car feel new again. That was my long term plan when I had my 2002 C-Coupe but ended up with a sedan instead.

Have the seats professionally cleaned by a carpet cleaning truck. It will cost you $50-75 and they will do your carpets and mats also. That will make a major difference.

No.....well not without wrecking the seat and needing to purchase new professionally fitted covers. None of this expensive would be worth it on a base model C230.
Let this be a lesson. Never ever order or purchase a car with a fabric or micro-fiber or suede. They are all terrible choices for vehicle seating surfaces.
