I use Zymol car wax on my other car. It fills in light scratches very well. However I have not tried it in my Mercedes yet. I am not sure if the finish is the same as Jaguar wood trim and hence if the wax is safe.

Zymol should available at any Autozone or Pepboys auto parts store. It is blue liquid wax. It's isn't cheap though, around $15 a bottle. However well worth it. You can use it on your car and interior wood.
How to remove scratches from wood panel? Any suggestions? Products, tricks? it is 1994 E420 burlwood
If you have scratches, you'll need to carefully polish them out - - best to remove wood panels from car while attempting this. Once scratches are gone, here's a good product for the poly covering the wood:

Polish is the key. If you wax them with something that has fillers like mentioned above, the scratches will still be there. I have seen some that use Z5 by hand to do this task. I'm not much of a Z guy but I have seen good results with it.
