I was sceptical of zanio

I have to say I was sceptical of zanio as my 320 I thought was immaculate it's always garaged both at home and at my office I wash it and dry it every week it's only travelled 32,000 km (about 18,000mls) silver 2000 model. The previous owner hardly used it hence the low km's. I bought the kit from the zanio distributor here in Australia. Included the clay bar, z2 pro, the accelerator and the spray stuff you buff after with. I followed the instructions and wow my car now totally rocks with shine. I then preceeded to work on my eldest sons 1989 E30 318i BMW dark blue it just looks brand new now. The cost of the above kit in Aust is around $170 but it's cheap. This weekend I am going to do the wife's brand new 2000km 2007 Holden (GM) astra I am sure that will rock with shine as well. Anyone here know of a way to remove gutter scars from alloy wheels?

The stuff is amazing.

By gutter scars, I assume you mean kerb rash? No way to remove it, other then repainting the rim. Don't hit the kerb!!

Bring the rims to a professional refinisher to have them refurbed or go buy another set of rims.....then learn how to drive.

I love the glass polish from Zainos. The first time I used it I actually had to touch the windshield to make sure it was there. I also like the tire shine, it is very subtle and doesn't sling off. A co-worker thought I had new tires.

lately I've been hook'd on that Meguiar's tire shine product. and the zaino for windows is not something I've tried but will.

you guys should try Zep window cleaner. works great. It's the same product tint guys used. so you know it has to work great.

an answer to the gutter scars question by OP. I had the misfortune of scraping my back wheel within about 10 minutes of picking up my new SLK, mainly because I wasn't used to the position of the car..I'm used to driving sedans, so I'm much further forward in relation to the car. In the SLK, I'm much further back. So when I turned a left corner, I expected to have cleared the kerb already on that side, but alas, I heard a grinding sound.. I actually didn't feel as bad as I thought I would, figured, wth, now its got its first scrape, I can actually enjoy it

Went to the dealer to ask about fixing it, he said it wasn't worth it to get it done by them, might as well buy a new wheel(about 700 bucks) since thats how much it would cost to get it repaired..went to a few other places in the SE suburbs, and got quoted around 300-400.. Found a place called MagicWash in the parking lot of the mall next to Ikea in Richmond...the guy looked at it, said he could get it fixed for $130 bucks so I figured why not, give it a shot. Came back after 1/2 a day and its like brand new.
