tips and tricks

Hi

what are your tips and tricks to give your car that added sparkle?

mine is to use neat zymol car shampoo, as opposed to adding half a cap to a bucket of water. For me, pouring neat zymol on a sponge and washing, makes the car super radiant.

lemme guess.
you work for Zymol.
this is your 'employee idea of the month' to get folks to use waaaay more Zymol.

of your car shampoo isn't doing its job, don't resort to using it neat.
ditch it and spend a little more money on something better.

Using shampoo neat on a sponge is not recommended. You will not get sufficient lubricity to lift and wash away fine grit. The mixture of water and shampoo gives the best results in lifting away grime. If the shampoo you use does not preform when mixed with water, it is probably not worth the money you spent on it.

It just goes with the philosophy that if what the manufacturer's recomended dilution is good, then a lot more is a lot better. Just funny to hear but AmericanPie is right, the chemist designed a product to be diluted a certain way, using it in full concentration is not going to make it better or your life easier. It's like people that fill their radiators with 100% radiator fluid and then overheat or the people that cake the wax on thinking that a good thick coat of wax will make it shinier until they try and remove it.
