I have a minor scratch on the bumper of my car E-320 2000 color is desert silver; I bought some touch up paint, clear coat from paintscratch.com the color match is fine; I wondered if anyone has ever used any products from paintscratch.com? and if so how were the results?

Their touch up paint is very good but don't expect a perfect match with the factory desert silver. The problem is that you will not be able to suspend the metallic in the paint the way it is when it is sprayed. The best solution that I have found is to put the paint on an artist brush and then dip it in lacquer thinner. This seems to float the paint better than when you use the paint only. You probably will have to practice several times but ultimately it will get pretty close.
I have a scratch on the rear bumper, and a handful of tiny rock chips eleswhere, on my brilliant silver car, but my Paint Scratch came in "pen" form--silver & clearcoat. I've tried penning it on but never liked the look so I quickly rubbed it off. Never even got to the clearcoat layer. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm afraid the fix may look worse than the scratch...

Actually I have the spray paint not the pen, I was thinking of just praying in a cup and using something like a brush,q-tip,or tooth pick to apply the primer/paint/clearcoat into the small cracks and chips
It's best to sand the area down, clean it well, spray primer, color and clear. I have pics on my website on my bumper cover. I used a different company for my paint but I'm sure they are all good. Dabbing on paint into a chip to me sometimes looks worse than not doing anything.

I get quiezy when I read the words "sand the area," "spray primer," etc. Have no idea how to do any of that. Plus it sounds terribly destructive of a cars finish, at least in my hands.
For you they have touch specialists. Usually they do paintless dent removal, airbrush touchups, vinyl dash repair and such. Check the yellow pages in your area. I went to one for scrapes on my back bumper from the garage door handle and for $150 they made it look like new again. I'm just showing you how you can do it yourself, if you can't, there's no shame in hiring a professional. Just avoid body shops that would charge you $600 and keep your car for a few days.
Buellwinkle your site is very nice. You did a great job with the photos of your repair; I was a little scared about doing the job, but after looking at how yours came out I'm more inclined to do it; not that I wasn't anyway, but you incouraged me more so I like to tackle jobs myself and also save some money!
My damage isn't half as bad as yours and I think if you follow instructions properly the job will turn out well; I'm also an artist, so I'm used to painting and taping off etc.
