I am a pro detailer. The two vehicles were detailed by myself. The SL is a client that has me wash his vehicles ( 9 in all) every week and detail them as needed.

I could write a book on how to properly wash and wax your vehicle. Do a search on the subject on this forum or other detailing only forums and I am sure you will find your answer. If not PM me and I will help you.
